Something out of date
If an agency, a buyers agent, a conveyancer, an inspector or a mortgage broker has moved, changed its phone number or hours, or closed, email info@estateroo.com with the business name and the city. We will look into it and update the page.
A business we have missed
Send us the name and suburb of the business, what it does and the city list where you expected to find it. The page “How we select” explains what we look for before a business goes on a list.
If the business is yours
The “Work with home buyers or sellers?” link at the top of every page lets you claim your listing, keep your services, hours and contact details current and see the paid plans. If your business is not listed yet, you can ask us to review it from there.
We cannot advise on your sale or purchase
We cannot answer questions about a particular property, what it is worth, a contract, a building report, a cooling-off period, stamp duty, a loan or how much you can borrow, and we do not recommend one business over another by email. Put those questions to a licensed agent, a conveyancer, a solicitor or a licensed mortgage broker.
A complaint about a business
We do not settle disputes with the businesses listed here. Raise the problem with the business in writing first. If that does not resolve it, the fair trading or consumer affairs office in your state or territory handles complaints about licensed agents and conveyancers, and the body that regulates lawyers in your state handles complaints about solicitors. Complaints about a mortgage broker go to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), which brokers and their licensees have to belong to. For a building inspector, ask the building or fair trading regulator in your state.
